The platform is easy to use, it has an intuitive UI that gives you all the information about your customers at any time. I like how fast tickets can be created for my clients (and send them via email too). Sometimes there's lag when changing pages or going back from one page to another - but this might just be because I'm using Chrome. It helps me with managing our busy schedule very effectively so far! We've had no issues thus far, everything went smoothly as usual :) Great tool if you want to manage customer/customer interactions easily! I am solving my problems more efficiently than ever before. Easy access to data makes my job easier.
