Review on Nellie's Wow Mop: Cordless, Light-Weight, and Rechargeable Cleaning Powerhouse by Sarah Moore

SAVE yourself money and hassle; DO NOT buy this mop.

*******ATTENTION TO BUYERS ******UPDATE; After being happy with the first one I bought, I bought the second one. One upstairs for all bathrooms and balconies and one downstairs (the ground floor is 95% tiled except for the office and formal living room). I have cramps and spinal stenosis so I 1) bought a wash mop to reduce neck and back strain and 2) bought a second mop to keep me from going up and down stairs (when my arm or back is pinched). I carry him up the stairs, he falls onto the tiled floor below). NO more spray mops. We tried repeatedly to get hot water through - to no avail. $400, through pipes. One still charges, the mop turns on and the scrubbing motion works, but I had to resort to a large spray bottle of hot water and detergent to manually spray the area before mopping. Another shows "fully charged after overnight plugging". However, as soon as I turn it off - NADA. NO NOTHING. I now have a doorstop for $200. Frustrated, annoyed and now resigned that $400 was thrown away. I see that they are "currently unavailable". I don't know if they were removed because it's an ongoing problem with other consumers, or if they were temporarily out of stock, but if they're back on the market; **** BUYER BEWARE ******^
