For years I've used a 2-person backpack for just about every camping trip, whether it's autocamping at a holiday campground or camping in a desert in upstate Utah. After a weekend of use I'm initially very happy with my purchase for the following reasons: 1) It's incredibly easy to set up and take down - it took my friend and I less than a minute to set up the tent for the first time. Try to remove it in less than five minutes and put it back in the carrying case. 2) It's spacious - I put a full size air mattress in the tent along with my German Shepherd's bed and I have plenty of storage space. other little things in the tent.
