Not a bad product, quite normal quality.
Has pros: Cheaper than 1.8G and much cheaper than 1.4G. Fast autofocus. Accurate color reproduction. Different cons: In poor light, autofocus often misses, and manual focusing is almost impossible due to the small travel of the focus ring. Can only be used with a tripod in Live View mode. Lathers up to f/3.
