Back pain, shoulder pain and all the old age memories mean I need these things every day. This massage gun comes with many attachments and the red light seems to give the muscles an extra benefit as using 650nm red light helps with muscle recovery. I even have a large panel of 650nm and 850nm near-infrared panels for the type of therapy I swear by. The size is about standard and the grip is perfect for my XL hand. There is enough power and battery life for its size so it doesn't need to be charged often. 5-10 minutes a day and I'm golden! While there's no carry case or pouch, for home use that's no big deal either!
