I'm sure this is a great shoe for healthy feet. I have a heel spur and the cup is too hard and rubs against it. Certainly better than most shoes, but I won't risk this "breaking". It's also a bit difficult to get your foot through the sock but I'm sure it makes for a comfortable fit. You definitely have to use a finger puller. Other than that, I wouldn't advise anyone to try them if they want that minimalist barefoot feel. I'm sticking with their Primus Trail SG but they are very hard to find in my size.
