I like that it's easy to use, especially when you're trying to organize a group of people who aren't familiar with software. It's also very easy to use once you get in the swing of things. There isn't much to dislike about this product. Sometimes you need to do some research before you figure out how best to organize your team. But once you have figured out the process, they are great! You can easily add multiple people (and groups) into one ticket. You can also easily assign different priorities to each person or group. This makes assigning duties easier than having everyone work on their own tickets.
