Not true to size. too small!
I was very excited about this skirt since I read all the reviews and it seemed a right choice. Although I usually wear a size 8, I opted to order a size 10 since there was no stretch and that was the biggest available size. It did not get past my hips. Its NOT lined. very disappointed with this product.
