Overall it's a really decent chair, especially for the price. The massager works very well and since I work at my desk for a long time it really helps. The only thing I had a problem with, and it's not even that big a problem, is that when I was assembling the chair, one of the screws that screw it into the leg couldn't be tightened because the hole had already been cut. I was able to get one of the screws in this 1 leg and haven't had any problems with it so far. But in general very satisfied. would recommend
