This stabilizer is a good tool for what I need. It's easy to balance and works well in a pinch, even if it's not perfectly balanced. It works with the Sony RX100, which is what I use it for. It's easy to use and you can control all axes on the fly with the joystick and the back button. It really smooths out your video, oh my god it makes your video smooth. In this video you can see how bumpy it was and how this gimbal makes a difference! I'm a pilot and I make videos of myself flying my plane and I just took a trip west with it, the video this thing took was smooth as butter. We also had instances where I ran a lot and it worked well too. The battery lasts a long time, I didn't test it because every time I use it, it works for the duration of the shoot. I never charged it during my trip west, and it worked all the time. The only thing I wish the carrying case was bigger, about big enough to store the gimbal and camera. So I don't have to put it on and balance it every time I use the setup.
