I really like how simple it was to get set up once we had our first transaction run through it - but having support from their team when you need them makes all difference! The reporting could have been so much better, though that's just personal preference at this time. It would help if they were able to link transactions across currencies/currencies between different branches within one account easier than currently possible. When dealing internationally there needs to be more flexibility around what currency options people see when searching which countries etc. This does tend towards being specific rather than flexible however. We're working out ways to use multiple accounts where customers go into branch 1 before transferring over then going onto another bank etc. So far most positive feedback has come via word of mouth so will continue doing so :) Our cash flow improves by about 40% per year compared to manual methods. Cash management process improved dramatically - not forgetting my own satisfaction too :D! Easy integration.
