poor quality good for foot, hand and nail care

I've been obsessed with this color since I bought it for my manicure ten years ago. I haven't been able to find it since, so I was very excited when I found it. I used it immediately but it started to crumble the very next day. It hasn't even been a week since all my nails came off. and yes I used it correctly. so sad!
