I have bought them (all colours) several times and have always been very satisfied. But today this package of "12" arrived separately from the rest of the order and after opening the shipping envelope I found that open pocket and 8 lightbulbs were there. So $7.99, which is pretty expensive for a dozen. Since 4 of 12 are missing, that's essentially $1 per light. My first impulse was to return. But that would mean printing out a return label, getting a new shipping envelope (the one that came was pretty shabby and torn when opened), taking it to a UPS shipping point, etc. I use these little lanterns a lot in my events planning business, and frankly being, even this disappointment will not stop me from buying more in the future. I guess I'm just frustrated because I needed all 12 this time.
