I like the ability to schedule jobs. The interface is also very easy to use, not to mention it has a ton of features! I dislike that I cannot schedule jobs on a certain server or domain. This is the only way to schedule jobs on several servers at once. This is a great program, if you need a good piece of software that can do a lot of things! It helps me a lot with hardening our servers, and also helps me with the compliance aspect. It helps me make sure that we are staying compliant with our security standards. I like that it can be used with different software platforms, including Exchange Server 2013/2016 or Office 365 as well as other cloud-based solutions such as SharePoint Online / OneDrive etc., which allows you have multiple mailboxes in one system without having separate accounts per mailbox; also useful when using an Active Directory environment where each user has their own Mailbox directory but all of them are stored at another location within AD forest e.g..
