Very simple and straightforward solution with all important functionality
It's so easy to use, it has great features, is reliable for backup/recovery etc., very compatible across platforms like MacOS or Windows (even Linux). Support is good as well - they respond in under 1 hour if you have an issue! Some of their older products were not that intuitive but I think this one takes some time getting used to compared to other cloud-based solutions out there now. We've been using this product at work since 2011, when we first started looking into NAS options; back then our needs weren't complex enough to justify spending more money than just buying hard drives from Amazon directly ourselves. Since then though we needed something easier to manage without having multiple VMs running around. The ability to easily restore data quickly & simply was key here too, along w/being able to keep backups offsite via 3rd party services such as Backblaze B2 Cloud Storage / Drive.
