Very simple and straightforward solution with all important functionality

It's so easy to use, it has great features, is reliable for backup/recovery etc., very compatible across platforms like MacOS or Windows (even Linux). Support is good as well - they respond in under 1 hour if you have an issue! Some of their older products were not that intuitive but I think this one takes some time getting used to compared to other cloud-based solutions out there now. We've been using this product at work since 2011, when we first started looking into NAS options; back then…
