Doesn't keep in touch
This is a bad product. Installation wasn't difficult, but the problem I have is that the device stays plugged in. Initially connects and sounds normal while driving. Then, for unknown reasons, the connection is broken. The only way I've found to reconnect to my phone is to turn the bike on. This happens multiple times when I use it. The product would be fine if it just kept the connection. I tried several methods and ruled out both the phone and installation issues.
