The first device failed. Revain contacted me and replaced immediately. The second device works great. Previous review: Tried to have the device connected to the network while the machine is running, connected to the network without the machine running, disconnected from the computer and tried...never synced. If anyone else has tried and no luck. I tried using a website to download and my S10e said the website wasn't secure but I did it anyway and the website was Chinese with no English options. I called 800#, the answer was "Goodbye". I really wanted this to work, but it doesn't.
