The only mode in which this radar detector will work correctly is “City 1”. From the instructions, I still did not understand in what mode the K-band works here, but it is written that in the signal filtering mode. What it is - there is no more detailed explanation. As soon as the device switches to the “Track” mode in the automatic “Smart” mode or when switching to manual mode, from that moment the radar detector yells at the car in the K-band without ceasing, which naturally cannot but annoy and distract from the road. It turns out that the only adequate option for using this device is only “City 1”, but then, naturally, the question arises about the effectiveness of this device in this mode on the highway. How far will the cameras be detected in this mode and will the radar part work in the “City 1” mode and how efficiently? If not, then there is no point in using the device either, since without the radar part, any mobile phone and not only can work using GPS databases.
