After only a month of use, maybe 80 hours of play, this controller started to seriously fail. The keys no longer work consistently, and if they do, there are sporadic breaks in function, after which nothing happens. Apparently I received the faulty model and only discovered it in time to not receive a refund. It really sucks and I can't find the company's contact information to see if they have an extended warranty for defective products.
