These pajamas far exceed expectations.
I love these little pajamas, they are soft and comfortable. The pattern is sewn on at the top. They stretch a little when washed and dried. But it was ok for us because my granddaughter is rather petite. She will be 8 in March so I ordered an 8 year old. So if your 8 year old is tall for his age I would recommend ordering a size up.
