Benefits: This product contains natural ingredients, so it won't do you any more harm than bad smoke smell. Smells good while it lasts. I would call it more of an air freshener as it only lasts 1-2 hours, after which the smell returns to full strength. CONS: I recently moved into an apartment and the previous owner was a smoker. The only places that still smelled of smoke were the toilets and bathroom. I wet the walls, countertops, pantry and bathroom cabinets and they were pretty wet. The smoke smell was gone (probably because the irritants from the air freshener were overpowering it). The next day the great smelling air freshener smell was gone but the smoke smell remained. Repeated application with the same results. Summary: GREAT NATURAL AIR FRESHENER, BUT NOT GREAT, ELIMINATE SMOKE ODOR FOREVER. I give 2 stars because it smells nice while it lasts.
