These are adorable rustic lanterns and look great with LED candles and faux ivy or faux lavender. They look great on my patio. Note, however, that they are intended to be used solely as table or floor decorations. The upper metal cage is not connected to the wooden floor in any way. So if you try to hang it on the hook, the bottom will fall out. I tried to do it the MacGyver way by squeezing artificial lavender between the wire and the wooden base, but alas. After hanging well for about two days, the bottom finally fell out again. Also TIP: If the wooden floor falls on you and cracks, a little clear caulk will fix it up nicely - like new.
