No mount but the company fixed it quickly. Easy to understand, went to the hardware store and bought 1/4 bolts with locknuts. 1/2 inch length did fine. If your screws are lost when you receive them, buy cap screws and not hex screws. The upper right side screw is near the rocker cover and is difficult to access with an allen wrench. The plastic is heavy and looks good. During the day they contacted me and refunded me the money for the bolts. Excellent service. Update: it's been almost a year, 7000 miles and they've held up well. Rarely do I get things cheap that turn out to be good investments. This is one of the rare cases where the purchase has been successful. Looks good so far and never had a problem.
