UPDATE 05/10/2021 - I really wanted to like this product. It does what it says on the tin, it's just not strong enough for long-term use. It "creates" a kind of black metal parts in the ultrasonic tank. I thought it was the ultrasonic generator falling apart, which seems to be falling apart in about 3 months, but I sealed a new unit when I bought it. However, the pieces are back. I cleaned diligently and even tried to use three that I now always have to keep dry. I clean them all and change parts at least once a week. Still no luck. The clear coat I sprayed on the ultrasonic generator seems to have fixed the defect that allows water to corrode metal rings submerged in the tank - what type of design or quality is that? I can't do it for more than a few months. I can't recommend that at all. It took a while due to the pandemic, but I can honestly say that they solved the problem to my satisfaction. I've updated my review to include how they provide customer service. Good customer service is a rarity. UPDATE 02/21/21. I had to downgrade this product. I've had it for a month or two now and the little metal ring around the ultrasonic generator itself is starting to break?! It seems the metal is too cheap to last 24/7 under water. I'm not sure how that could be - I mean obviously this part needs to be submerged in water to work? The output on the TURBO can now be set to 1 or 2. The second unit I bought hasn't done that yet and I'll be sure to take a closer look to see what happens. When I buy a replacement I either buy a protection plan or spray paint the metal parts to see if they last longer. It has a one year warranty, I will try and apply and update this review. It's only been a few days and it definitely helps to increase the humidity in the house. Quiet and easy to use. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a high capacity humidifier.
