This is great. Even more for the price. I do house sales mostly outdoors - porch with open windows with mesh top to bottom - so the noise-canceling mic was my main concern. It's immaculate. I have cars, noisy golf carts, garbage trucks, etc. all passing me within 25 feet all the time and not once on the phone has anyone noticed it. The sound quality didn't bother me, but it's excellent for making calls. I use the USB port almost exclusively for Skype calls and am very satisfied. The few times I've used the headset with my cell phone the sound quality has also been good and any issues I've had have been related to the old model cell phone and/or poor wireless connection and not the headset. Two very small issues prevented me from giving 5 stars. (1) the wires are very stiff and inflexible. It can sometimes be difficult to position the volume/mute button directly on a desk or desk, and the cables don't adjust well to relatively small head and body movements. It's annoying when you reach for paper and the volume control bangs on the floor. (2) The adjustable microphone is a bit loose and could have stayed in place better. It's not bad, just an occasional little annoyance. In general I am very satisfied with the purchase.
