This is my favorite Revain purchase this year. Our 2008 Rockwood Roo trailer has lasted 10 years. Being a hybrid, there are fold-out beds that look like a canvas tent. We're not far from the Chesapeake Bay, so humidity is consistent year-round. We only visit the trailer occasionally - it is not used as a permanent home. The humidity created a horrible musty smell that I couldn't get rid of by cleaning. I bought this dehumidifier and put it in the shower tray in the bathroom. Plugged in power and connected the included clear hose (drain to gray water tank (left partially open to drain) for continuous use. I couldn't believe how well it worked! We lost power a couple of times while we weren't there the dehumidifier turned itself back on automatically (although the humidity percentage changed by itself to a slightly higher value when restarted) The musty smell is gone now and we can walk again in our RV after it was closed for a while .It must have very little power (it has an Energy Star sticker on it) since it's been running non-stop for months and our average electric bill hasn't even increased by $1 every month.
