The best thing about shopware is that it's free to use, easy to customize and has the best support available. I dislike the fact that you have to pay for all in-app features. Not only does it make it more expensive but makes you feel like you need to spend money to be able to do what you want to do with it. It is an excellent software with great support. It allows me to sell my wares easily. It also helps me manage my inventory and keep track of sales and other important information. It has helped me streamline my business.
