YES YES YES suitable for wishbones

If you need to purchase an aftermarket cruise control kit, you've come to the right place. This thing is perfect for those who don't want to spend $600 on a dealer-installed version. I've had it for about 7 months now and it works great! There is a delay of about 3 seconds before it triggers. You will get used to it. The installation was quite difficult for me. If you're not willing to spend 5-6 hours on your back under dash interconnect cables, this might not be for you (unless you're willing to pay your local garage to do it). Here are some helpful tips if trying to install this on a 2005 Scion XA. 1) Take directions with a grain of salt. The pictures are practically useless. I tried re-uploading the images after installation, but Amazon has since removed them. I'll add a link to the flicker if anyone wants to see the finished install. [.] 2) You may need a hanger. It's a bit unusual, but I attached the wire harness to a metal bracket and routed it through the firewall. I was able to get it after 15 minutes of trial and error. It also came in handy when you routed one of the wires to the passenger side. 3) Make sure you know which wire goes with what. The instructions (step 8) said to connect to the green wire to transplant ha, but when I checked the circuit for the 300th time I found that my wire was either brown or gray (I can now don't remember the time). Very strange. I would recommend using a phone camera to take pictures of the under dash ports. Each port is numbered! They really had to be seen, but they are there! You should care less about color and more about numeric identifiers.

Pros
  • Increases comfort and reduces fatigue while driving.
Cons
  • Big and Chunky
