I like that it is easy to use for newbies as well as experts alike! It's really helpful when you are first getting started with AMS but also has great tools after launch day too - such as reporting & analytics (which can be difficult). The support team at Viral is very responsive and does what they say they will do. Their customer service was terrible in my opinion compared to other platforms out there which offer better services/support than ours did. We used their platform from start-up until about 6 months ago where we switched over to our own built system called 'AMG'. Now using this again since then because of some issues we had before switching over.
