i recommend downsizing 1-2 sizes since an extender comes with it. i personally got an x-large and i’ve been able to close it all the way since i got it. im going to order again just one that’s 2 sizes smaller so a medium. it’s pretty bulky so if your wearing it to the gym i’d wear baggy clothes with it
