The suction cup dash mount, bracket and magnetic mount are very strong and hold up very well even on rough roads. Two cons: 1) The sticker on the included metal plate to stick on the phone wasn't strong enough against the force of the magnet on the arm when used on the outside of the phone case. It puked right away. I decided it was best to stick the panel directly onto the phone and then put a case on top. The magnet was strong enough to hold my medium-thick, durable polymer plastic case. 2.) The ball joint where the magnet touches the plate of your phone (or phone case) gets very hot in direct sunlight (I don't have a prong on my windshield) and transfers that heat through the metal plate to your phone. Prolonged assembly on a cloudless, hot day may burn out your motherboard. Otherwise, it's a solid and well-made product. You just have to be careful how you use it.
