Instructions on how to find an installation video on YouTube were included (in addition to the instructions on the back of the box). The YouTube video was clear and easy to watch - it was like a box, but the video really helped. Using my finger as instructed, the air spread out except for a small dot at the edges. I tried a hard card and couldn't persuade her. Finally, lifting the corner slightly with your fingernail was enough to pop it open and it lays well with no blisters. Even though it's tempered glass, it feels a bit more grippy when you move your finger. Just a little so that nothing disturbs. There's an 1/8-inch lip on the sides that looks like it's not glued in place, but again, it doesn't seem to affect reception between my finger and the phone's response.
