Review on 8 Count Refills of Extra Soft Bristle Electric Toothbrush Replacement Brush Heads by Oral-B – Ideal for Sensitive Gums and Teeth by Laura Jenkins

First impressions are that they are far from being soft enough to describe "sensitive". These are the bristles of an old toothbrush. However, my second impression is that the brush head was actually irritating and cutting the inside of my lips. Upon examination, I saw that the metal rod that drives the head (which you can see through the side window) had a defect that left an extra piece of metal that was in contact with my skin when properly aligned. I threw it in the trash when I realized what was going on. The next head didn't have that extra metal in the box, but like the others I have no idea. If there is another defective nozzle, I will throw away the entire package. Be sure to test your children's attachments to make sure they don't cut their lips.
