I put the first filter on the vacuum and it was great to get the suction power back. After using it for a couple of weeks it needed cleaning and I was happy to just put another on while the first was washed and dried. The second one didn't work and when I tried to take it out of the vacuum it turned out that it wasn't glued properly. I had to get it out with pliers (nothing complicated). I installed the third filter and it worked great. I contacted the company directly about the bad filter and asked if I could get replacements for just one. I still had a return period so I could return them to Revain for a refund but two were great. They contacted me within hours and said they couldn't replace a filter but would refund the filter pro rata if I didn't mind. I answered yes and the refund was made the next day. Exceptional customer service. I downgraded my overall rating by 1 because I received a broken filter, but based on other reviews I've read this is probably an anomaly.
