I bought this processor - just class! Works in a passive - as well as wanted. With the Arctic Cooling Freezer 13 cooler, even without airflow in the case. The typical temperature in the passive is 40 degrees. Under load, Prime95 managed to reach 68 degrees for half an hour, no more heat! With a more expensive cooler, you can drop even more degrees. But it's not bad either. Windows estimates, as is customary here, I can’t report - they were cut out in Windows 8.1! :) Ideal processor for HTPC or those who want to build a silent system unit) I recommend!
