Disappointing amino acid supplement
Based on our own experience these chewable tablets did not deliver on their promises. While they were easy to take, we did not see any noticeable difference in our recovery times or muscle soreness.The only positive aspect was the fruity taste, but that wasn't enough to justify the high price. Unfortunately, we would not recommend these tablets to anyone looking for an effective amino acid supplement..

- As it is a dietary supplement, it should not be used as a replacement for a healthy and balanced diet.
