Perfect Slicing Knife
This knife is instantly sharp. It cuts the meat perfectly, with thin slices and without sticking. I've used it for slicing tomatoes and to my surprise it slices through them easily and with the same thickness - an added surprise. If you cook for fun, this is a GREAT knife!
