Tall sourdough!: my feedback

This 7” bread proofing basket is smaller in diameter and taller than my 9” basket but I can still use it for an average size sourdough bread. The resulting bread is smaller in diameter but taller in height. It makes a beautiful sourdough boule.

Pros

Great baskets! My only complaint is that they were sold out when I tried to buy more!

Cons

May require additional accessories or tools, such as a liner or proofing cloth, which can add to the overall cost
