Very cushioning. to protect edges and corners
I have used almost all of them outdoors. I used this to pad the edges of my outdoor basketball frame and my 4 man swing frame so if they were covered with a tarp cover the tarp wouldn't rip through the areas I misplaced. We had strong winds and now there is a lot of snow and so far they are doing their job. There are no scratches on the fabric covers. Last winter I lost both covers to canvas tears from not hemming the edges. It is a thick and soft padding that can be used both indoors and outdoors.
