My CAR'S shifting smoothness has gone up since I installed the new transmission mount. It is well-built and durable, giving me a long-lasting fix as opposed to other aftermarket mounts i have tried .The only con is that it requires some additional parts to install, but it is well worth it for the quality upgrade it provides.
