Outstanding customer service
So far they have been great batteries. Charged on Xmas day and put them in my items that needed them. I still havenโt had to recharge them. Looks like I will end up saving money on batteries in the long run. I had 1 nine volt that wouldnโt take a charge. I called the company and they said send them the one battery back. About three weeks later I receive a package that contained 4 nine volts and another charges. You got to appreciate a company that values you as a customer and go a little out of their way to keep you as a customer. GOOD JOB!
- I love that I can charge them in my car..takes awhile but well worth it.
- May overheat if overloaded
