Ineffective for my opinion
The malleability of the fabric portion of this color around the neck allows the animal wearing it to scrunch/bend it back revealing their face in ears and allowing them to reach around it to scratch ultimately making the product an effective.
- Lightweight enough for pets to wear all day
- Can cause the dog to become anxious or fearful of the collar
