I love that it allows me to quickly see all my business relationships with companies within one centralized location! The reporting interface needs some work because we have not been able to customize our reports very well yet! We are trying to create customized dashboards but haven't had much luck so far. For those who use LinkedIn profiles as their primary contact information source this is definitely worth looking into. This software has helped us manage our contacts better by allowing us to easily keep track of where people come from when they send out emails or messages. Before working at EOCCampus, we would receive an average of 20 - 30 eMails per week just asking about referrals/connections needed. With this tool now being used daily (not weekly) I'm receiving around 10 Emails each day compared to over 40 before. This saves time which helps me get.
