We have several sets of HeatTrack Snow Melting Mats. After a recent snowfall we noticed that one set was no longer heated. After some investigation I determined that the power cord was probably defective as it did not reset when I pressed the test button and when I connected my mats to a different power cord they worked fine. The picture on the Revain looked exactly how I wanted it, so I took a chance and ordered as it was half the cost of buying a new cable direct from HeatTrak. After delivery it took no more than 10 minutes to swap out the old one for the new one and my heating mats are working again.
