Review on Magical Moonmo Unicorn Princess Backpack - Waterproof and Stylish for Adventurous Princesses by Udders Sharma

Pretty but broken.

I would like to update my review. This company saw my review and did their best to fix it. Unbeknownst to me, they sent a brand new backpack with a very nice letter of apology for the problems. They wrote about the steps they took to ensure it didn't happen again and made sure to check the zips very carefully. This company definitely talks about their customers! First let me say that this backpack is very cute! My daughter likes it very much. While the backpack is fairly heavily padded and appears to be fairly durable, it does have one major downside. One of the locks doesn't work. It doesn't close the pack no matter how we pull it, it just opens the pack unevenly (more on one side than the other, hence the zipper is uneven). We have agreed that it should stay completely on one side but sometimes my daughter forgets and pulls on the wrong side, this makes her frustrated when she is at school (she is only 7 years old). I feel so bad because she loves this backpack so much and since we didn't get it until back to school she doesn't want to send it back for a new one. Packed Lunch: Yes, the smell is very strong! I wish I could say it's going away, but since we've only had it a few weeks and the smell is still there (though not as strong) I can't speak to it just yet. It's a cute and fairly durable bag (neoprene) but it doesn't seem to have enough insulation (I take 3 ice packs with my daughter's lunch and they almost always melt and keep warm when she gets home). Update: Both zippers no longer work. My daughter can no longer close her backpack. Your backpack is less than 2 months old. I'm so upset! The rest of the backpack has no signs of wear.
