I like that it's integrated into our website, allowing us to easily add new products without having to code anything ourselves or hire someone else to do so for us! It also has an incredibly easy onboarding process (even if you don't have any experience). The UI could be improved by adding more visual elements - but this isn't really something we're complaining about too much at present time. We've been able to solve all of our eCommerce problems pretty quickly using NetSdl through their team who are extremely responsive when issues arise. They can provide additional functionality as required via custom modules built specifically around your business needs rather than just providing standard features out of the box.
