How to Wire Without a Switch

If, like me, you're used to the old archaic relays typically sold at local car dealerships, you know what to activate the relay (usually where the switch is installed is). I was surprised how much easier it is to install relays these days and it made it very easy to connect the ground and positive terminals to the battery. My problem was that I couldn't get the cables into the cabin because my car has a very tight firewall and there is no place to get my hand or anything for the inside switch. So my option was to connect to pre-existing wiring like the stock fog light wiring to turn on the relay. Depending on which switch you have, they sent me terminal 3, the white one was power, which is already on so you don't need to use this WARNING to cover/tape it over. Black is the ground which you will not be using as it is primarily for circuit breaker lighting and is also already grounded to the universal ground lug mount. (This is why you need to be careful as both the white and black wires can easily short out if they are not insulated/shielded from each other.) The middle blue wire is what you should connect to each source you wish to activate. Relay. I connected the positive power wire from the fog lights (red on my Mazda) and connected the blue wire from the relay switch to it and that was all it took to activate the relay. So when I turn on my factory fog lights, the voltage fed to those lights also turns on the relay, which turns on the other off-road lights connected through the relay. I decided to post this as the company email didn't help about the connections. so at all.
