This is an amazing little box. It met everything I was looking for: low noise, small size and performance, "enough" for my needs. I use this box for non-gaming (office/web/web programming) and am very satisfied. I am sensitive to PC noise and wanted the build to be 100% quiet and this box does a great job. As a previous reviewer recommended, I first made sure the box was digitally activated, then reinstalled Windows Pro. Dead easy. Works quickly for my needs and the box is of good quality as previous reviewers have noted. Before I stumbled across this gem, I was on the verge of building my own 100% silent PC. I'm so glad I found this - I saved hundreds of dollars and didn't have to assemble anything, it just came ready to go - AND with Windows 10 Pro. (Of course I understand that PC building is part of the fun sometimes, but I like to skip that too). I can't talk to tech support because I don't need them. Highly recommended!
