About once a year I replace the thermal grease on all my electronic devices (laptops, routers, etc.) and use it always Arctic Silver 5. It's almost like magic. When I recreated the inlay on my wife's 2008 MacBook Pro (remember the Nvidia dispute/recall, anyone?), the screen tears during video playback literally disappeared.
